-Supervision of team, Junior sales staffs (dealers), Whole sellers, distributers and target achievement.
– Exploring new market and appointment of Dealer / retailers/distributers in feasible area on time. -Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval.
– Update development.
-Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
-Meet and exceed KPIs.
Job Specification:
1. Managerial and leadership skills.
2. Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc
3. Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office
