What You’ll Be Doing:

Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across sectors
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and sales strategies for digital campaigns and creative services
Meet revenue targets through strategic outreach and lead nurturing
Represent the company at meetings, pitches, and industry events
Stay ahead of market trends to identify new business opportunities
Report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasting

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marketing, digital, or creative industry
Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage B2B relationships
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written) — other languages are a bonus
Understanding of digital marketing services (social media, content, performance marketing, branding, etc.)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in client-facing roles
Ability to lead meetings, pitch ideas, and align client needs with agency offerings
Familiarity with CRMs, proposal software, and reporting tools
