We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellence in student counseling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise students on international education opportunities in countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
  • Support students throughout the admissions and visa application process for universities, colleges, and vocational institutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, offering accurate and up-to-date information about Global Select’s services.
  • Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies for both new and existing markets.
  • Supervise and support the Pre-Sales and Admissions team, ensuring efficient and client-friendly operations.
  • Analyze performance data, track key sales and conversion metrics, and meet defined monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Address student and client concerns with professionalism and problem-solving expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet both individual goals and organizational objectives.


Skills & Experience Required


Industry Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the education and migration consultancy industry.
  • Solid understanding of student visa processes and education systems across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.


Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
