Job Title: Process Manager
Organization: ITsutra, Inc.
Location: Kathmandu (Onsite)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a week)
Shift: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST (US Time)
Salary Range: NPR 80,000 – 90,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Process Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the VP of Finance & Operations and plays a cross-functional leadership role in driving performance, process optimization, and strategic alignment across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience across at least two industries, demonstrating expertise in process improvement, KPI development, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee & Team Performance Management
- Collaborate with Department Heads to define, implement, and refine KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop systems for performance tracking and reporting, offering actionable insights to enhance accountability and effectiveness.
2. Process Management & Documentation
- Lead the creation, documentation, and standardization of workflows across departments.
- Maintain an up-to-date, accessible Process Inventory to support operational clarity and efficiency.
3. Strategic Alignment & Policy Development
- Assist leadership in developing policies that promote a culture of performance and operational excellence.
- Ensure performance initiatives align with the organization’s long-term vision and strategic goals.
4. Continuous Improvement Culture
- Champion Lean Six Sigma and similar methodologies to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach teams and individuals on frameworks that promote innovation, feedback, and excellence.
5. Process Optimization Insights
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities through proactive process analysis.
- Use data to recommend enhancements and support decision-making for organization-wide improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in at least two different industries, specifically in:
- Process Optimization
- Cross-Department KPI Building
- Performance Management
