Job Description
Department: Customer Experience, Administration & SecurityUnit: Case Management, Analytics & UAT
Period: 1 year (Possible to Extend upon Business Requirement
Role & Responsibilities
Case Management And Resolution
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, including billing issues, service outages, and technical problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Dedicated SPOC for Outbound Roaming support via WhatsApp/Email/Viber/SDT etc.
- Maintain detailed case records, including issue nature, resolution steps, and timelines, to track and improve service delivery.
- Support for 365 Days operations and across multiple shifts.
- Working Duration: 6 Days a Week (Flexible)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of CRM, Radio Networking & others telecom techniques will be an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor level (Fresher with IT background is recommended)
