Job Description

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the travel agency.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equality.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward exceptional employee performance through various incentive programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Manage employee payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Advise management on HR-related legal issues and provide recommendations for compliance.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Manage HR systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making.
Job Specification
  • Experience in HR management, preferably in the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
