Job Description
- Employee Database management
- Policy formulation and implementation in coordination with HR and Admin manager.
- Initiating training programs for the growth and development of existing employees.
- Handling employee grievances, complaints, and queries.
- Maintaining employee relations for strong company culture.
- Employee recruitment and hiring process.
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Involvement in performance appraisal procedure.
- Work for HR budget in coordination with the HR manager.
- Preparing reports and presentations on HR functions, issues, and other information to be delivered within the organization.
- Involvement in Payroll, SSF, and CIT management.
- Guide the administrative team in office administration, budget handling, and reporting for smooth operation.
- Other day-to-day HR and Admin functions of the company.
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in management.
- Should have strong command over written and verbal English.
- Good computer skills.
- Must be Proficient in report writing.
- Should require good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be an initiator and have a proactive personality.
- Must have a two -wheeler and a valid license
