Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Hotel Management & Hospitality training programs.
- Develop training schedules, lesson plans, and course materials in collaboration with trainers.
- Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality institutions for practical training & internships.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress and provide support for career development.
- Ensure training quality standards and compliance with international best practices.
- Support business development activities related to hospitality training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in hotel operations, hospitality training, or academic coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple training programs.
- Passion for skill development and workforce empowerment
