Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bar Associate located in Kanyam, Ilam, Nepal. The Bar Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the bar, including customer service, beverage preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage preparation
- Cash Handling skills
- Ability to train new staff and assist in staff development
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
