This is an on-site role for a Cook, located in Kathmandu. The Cook will be responsible for daily preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes. Tasks include ensuring the freshness of ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, following recipes accurately, and presenting dishes effectively. The Cook will work as part of a team to ensure timely service and uphold the standards of the kitchen.
- Culinary Skills: Cooking, Baking, and Food Preparation
- Kitchen Management: Inventory Management, Kitchen Cleanliness, and Equipment Maintenance
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Health and Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
