Role OverviewThe Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing infrastructure and industrial projects including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs), warehouses, commercial buildings, and steel-based structures. This role requires balancing creativity with practical engineering knowledge, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architectural design for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects (PEBs, warehouses, factories, steel structures).
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and sales teams to translate client requirements into innovative and functional designs.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, layouts, and BOQs.
- Ensure designs comply with national building codes, local regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and project managers for execution feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance during project execution.
- Work closely with clients to present concepts, finalize designs, and incorporate feedback.
- Support tendering, proposals, and marketing materials with technical design inputs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in industrial architecture, sustainable design, and construction technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in architectural design (industrial/commercial projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings, steel structures, and industrial infrastructure.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and related visualization tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, environmental guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Strong creativity with the ability to deliver functional, cost-effective, and aesthetic designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
