About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing communication, and maintaining recruitment documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal talent databases.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment across multiple time zones.
  • Draft and manage timely candidate communications, including interview invitations, follow-ups, feedback requests, and status updates.
  • Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update hiring trackers, recruitment dashboards, and candidate databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms, including career pages and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on targeted hiring campaigns, talent marketing initiatives, and employer branding activities.
  • Participate in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach under supervision.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting virtual or in-person hiring events, job fairs, and university engagement activities.
  • Help track candidate feedback and interview outcomes, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze basic recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and suggest areas for process improvement.
  • Coordinate background checks and follow up on pending documentation during the hiring process.
  • Provide administrative support for general HR tasks, including onboarding checklist follow-ups, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
  • Stay informed about industry hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices in recruitment.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge or prior exposure to the IT sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
