Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Support Technician located in Kathmandu. The Software Support Technician will be responsible for tasks such as software installation, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and effective communication with users to resolve software-related problems.



Technical Qualifications

  • Graduated Bachelors or Diploma Degree from Nepali or Foreign Affiliated University
  • Educational Background should be in Computer Science and Information Technology
  • Strong understanding of Desktop based software systems
  • Moderate understanding of ReactJS and Electron
  • Technical Support and Software Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in software installation and IT support
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of counseling or mental health software is a plus


Interpersonal Skills Required:

  • Communication and document writing skills
  • Reporting and presentation


The following criteria would act as a boosting criteria but not compulsory for the job:

  • Knowledge of counseling systems with FHIR and HL7 protocols



The job would require candidate to travel across cities in Nepal, and the allowance shall be granted by the company.
