Job Description :
• Software Installation & Configuration
• Software (Re)Training (Online & Onsite)
• IRD Documentation (Re)Generation
• Cater IRD personnel's visit
• Resolve Client's Issues occurred during Implementation
• Escalate Issues to Development or Support Department
• Assist in Support Tasks if Necessary
• Guide and Assist Colleagues & Seniors
• Stand by when Client goes Live
Qualification:
BIM / BBM / BCA / BIT
Basic Accounting Knowledge
Must have two wheeler with valid License
