Job Description
We’re looking for a highly strategic and creatively driven Creative Strategist for our sister concern Infocom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to lead campaign ideation and execution across a diverse range of clients and internal brands. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and digital trends—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Craft full-funnel campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
- Align creative direction and content strategy with business objectives.
- Identify and coordinate resource needs (media buys, influencers, ad budgets, etc.).
Proposal & Pitch Development
- Turn briefs into strategic, visually compelling proposals and decks.
- Conduct industry research to back creative decisions.
- Present strategies to clients and internal stakeholders; brief execution teams.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Oversight
- Collaborate with design, content, client service, and performance teams.
- Ensure creative output matches strategic intent and platform best practices.
- Oversee production and campaign rollout for consistency and performance.
Platform Expertise
- Stay on top of trends and algorithm updates across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ensure all campaigns are platform-optimized.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 3+ years in creative strategy, digital marketing, or campaign planning (agency or brand-side).
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of branding, paid media, content strategy, and social funnels.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end campaign development.
- Detail-oriented with sharp research instincts.
