Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in sales & marketing in the luxury hotel or resort sector
- Strong grasp of domestic and international sales strategies
- Deep network across travel trade, corporates, event planners, and DMCs
- Capable of building and executing aggressive sales plans
- Skilled in digital marketing trends, brand positioning, and partnership building
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and always a step ahead of the competition
What You'll Do:
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility across markets
- Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts, promotions, and tactical campaigns
- Build strategic relationships with key partners and clients
- Represent Meghauli Serai at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
- Analyze market trends and pivot strategies to maximize results
