This is a full-time on-site role for a Fiber Coordinator, located in Kathmandu. The Fiber Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks, ensuring efficient project management, coordinating with engineering teams, and managing customer service requests. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, conducting field surveys, and maintaining accurate documentation of network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in fiber optic network installation and maintenance
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in conducting field surveys and documentation
- Relevant technical certifications and/or degree in a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
