Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur

Full-Time | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Monday to Friday

About the Role

Prixa Technologies is seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Marketing Officer with 1–2 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful client connections, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and market segments
Approach and engage with new clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client support
Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all interactions are tracked
Assist in drafting agreements, follow-up communication, and reports
Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach and campaign alignment
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions as needed
Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to the team

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, Marketing, sales, or client handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Nepali
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
