About Company

The primary objective of a Business Development Officer is to identify opportunities for company growth and create marketing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities, aiming to meet and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development and possess the technical aptitude to quickly learn complex software products.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Contacting potential customers to introduce and promote company products and encourage sales.
Addressing customer inquiries and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Gaining comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
Keeping accurate records of all sales, scheduled client meetings, and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure targeted outreach to the right audience.
Communicating potential product improvements and changes to product developers to align with current market demands.
Conducting cost-benefit analyses for both prospective and existing clients to recommend the best purchase options.
Researching and analyzing competitors’ products to assess features, benefits, gaps, and market performance.
Consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Requirements

Technically proficient with the ability to learn complex software products.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong learning aptitude with dedication to continuous self-study.
Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
High attention to detail.
