RentalBux is a growing UK-based property management and property accounting software solution designed to simplify and automate property letting for independent landlords and letting agencies. We aim to reduce the headaches of compliance, tenant onboarding, rent collection, and maintenance through smart, user-friendly digital tools.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Product & Business Analyst who can champion the evolution of RentalBux, our UK-focused property management and accounting software, by aligning business objectives, user insights, and market needs into a cohesive and compelling product experience. This unique hybrid role merges product leadership, business analysis, and strategic marketing direction with a laser focus on the UK & US property rental market.
As our ideal candidate, you are someone who thinks like a landlord, understands the operational pain points of rental management, and has the analytical and communication skills to translate that into smart, actionable product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibility:
1. Product & Business Analysis
- Deeply understand the rental property ecosystem, landlords, letting agents, and tenants.
- Conduct continuous competitor and market research to refine product positioning.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
- Work closely with the software development team to shape the product roadmap.
- Validate new features through testing, feedback loops, and usage metrics.
2. Strategic Marketing Alignment
- Act as the subject matter expert for our digital marketing and sales teams.
- Help craft the messaging that speaks directly to UK landlords’ pain points and goals.
- Lead internal workshops and syncs to align product features with user-centric marketing campaigns.
- Guide the creation of content (videos, webinars, FAQs) that explains the product’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Bridge UK stakeholders (including the founder) with local technical and marketing teams.
- Communicate business outcomes and user impact to internal teams and senior management.
- Manage alignment between long-term strategy and near-term execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Real Estate, or related field
- 3+ years in a product management, real estate sales/operations, real estate strategy, or real estate tech role.
- In-depth knowledge of the property rental sector, either through direct experience or strong contextual understanding.
- Can empathise with landlords and letting agents, understanding their priorities, regulatory concerns, and operational flow
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams (operations, marketing, customer success).
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals (especially content and feature-led marketing).
- Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
- Strategic thinker with practical execution abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting to international stakeholders
- Prior experience working with/for real estate companies is an advantage.
