Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Pokhara team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies for IT and software services.
Finding new clients based on company projects and other opportunities, following the company’s description and guidance.
Traveling as needed to meet potential clients, attend meetings, and pursue project opportunities.
Managing and growing customer relationships.
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
Leading sales initiatives and achieving set targets.
Providing training to sales staff to enhance performance.
Maintaining a strong understanding of our products, services, and the IT/software industry.
Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing for a software or IT company.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in sales management and client acquisition.
Knowledge of IT solutions, software products, and digital services.
Willingness and ability to travel to find clients and project opportunities.
Ability to train and motivate team members.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
