Job Description


This is a full-time, on-site role as a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, implementing sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients.


The day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Manage the overall marketing of the company. Assisting with the Company's overall brand initiatives and collaborating with Senior Management to ensure brand consistency.
  • Managing online marketing campaigns and lead generation (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Must have superior knowledge about lead generation and Ad campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of extracting peak efficiency from digital channels including paid search, paid social and video ads.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Manage social media, website and other marketing content (including basic copywriting) to drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness across our brands.
  • Must be able to guide the graphics designer for creative design. Formulating and implementing the graphic design, art direction, branding and look for our digital, social and print media. This includes liaising with any third-party vendors.
  • Managing our website and social media to effectively promote our services in the digital space.
  • Managing email/google/CRM/ Mailchimp automations and implementing EDM campaigns.
  • Managing the social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Managing inquiries via social media.
  • Producing engaging blog posts based around the education & migration industry.
  • Perform regular tests on website SEO rankings.
  • Identify the search software algorithm trends and insights, implementing system specifications to improve site performance and program needs.


Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Market Research skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the education and migration industry is a plus
