We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our L&D sales efforts and drive the growth of our business across Australian markets.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our L&D solutions by developing strategic sales plans, building key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your expertise in the L&D space and proven track record in sales will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and securing long-term partnerships with Australian clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and drive revenue for L&D solutions in Australia.
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, ensuring that DCV’s L&D offerings align with their business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor L&D solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor offerings to ensure our L&D solutions stay competitive and relevant.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and DCV.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and budget management.
- Ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery process by coordinating with other departments and maintaining strong client communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with a strong background in selling Learning and Development solutions or similar services.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships in the Australian corporate sector, ideally in L&D or HR departments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, meet targets, and drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian L&D market, trends, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-oriented approach to client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
