Job Description

As a Social Media Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook), Google, and other social media channels for our clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and pixel tracking to drive significant business results. Additionally, your ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make informed decisions and improve ROI will be crucial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Ad Campaigns: Create, optimize, and manage Meta, Google Ads, and other social media advertising campaigns to meet key business goals.
  • Pixel and URL Parameters: Set up and track conversion pixels across various platforms. Implement URL parameters for effective campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign data to assess performance and provide insights for optimization. Create and present reports that demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve ad targeting, copy, creative, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI and reach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align paid campaigns with overall business strategies.
  • SEO Knowledge (Bonus): Utilize your SEO skills to ensure ads and landing pages are optimized for both paid search and organic reach.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop strategies for audience segmentation, retargeting, and driving conversions. Optimize campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously learn and apply new trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in running paid advertising campaigns, specifically on Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
    • Expertise in pixel tracking and URL parameters for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of paid ad strategies, bidding, and budget management.
    • Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt campaigns accordingly.
    • Proven ability to drive results through ad performance optimization and audience targeting.
    • SEO knowledge (preferred) to enhance campaign effectiveness and integrate with overall marketing strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
    • Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
    • Ability to conduct A/B testing to refine and improve ad creatives and strategies.
    • SEO expertise to integrate paid and organic strategies.
