Role Description – Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote iEDU Group’s educational programs to international markets. The role involves leading digital campaigns, managing agent partnerships, conducting market research, organizing promotional events, and creating content that aligns with the company’s mission to support student growth. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with admissions and operations teams to ensure strong branding and lead generation outcomes.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in education marketing or international student recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse market trends
  • Understanding of the international education sector, especially Australia
  • Able to work independently and lead a team when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Multicultural awareness and international market experience is a plus
