Job Description
As the OTA & Social Media Executive, you’ll manage presence on online travel platforms and lead the content and engagement across social media. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with the Tour Manager on trip updates and coordination, and with the Design and Growth teams on brand storytelling and campaign alignment.Key Responsibilities
- OTA Management
- Set up and manage listings on platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, and Klook.
- Keep trip content, availability, pricing, and visuals updated.
- Respond to traveler inquiries and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate with the Tour Manager and operations team to reflect accurate, real-time information.
- Track performance and suggest ways to improve visibility and conversions.
- Social Media Management
- Plan and execute content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, tailoring formats to platform strengths.
- Create or coordinate posts, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and trip videos.
- Occasionally appear in video content or voiceovers to personalize our storytelling.
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and collaborations.
- Track performance metrics and trends and provide content recommendations.
- Website & Content Updates
- Regularly update trips, photos, blogs, and special offers on the website.
- Ensure content is accurate, brand-aligned, and formatted for user experience.
- Coordinate with the Design and Growth teams for visual and written content needs.
- Admin & Operational Support
- Assist the Tour Manager with bookings, guest communications, and itinerary coordination.
- Help maintain internal records, content libraries, and platform performance data.
- Support additional operational tasks during campaign periods or travel seasons.
- 1-3 years of experience in OTA listing management, digital content creation, or tourism operations.
- Familiar with OTA platforms (Viator, GetYourGuide), social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), and content tools like Canva, Meta Suite, and Google Business.
- Strong writing, formatting, and basic video or visual editing skills.
- Organized, communicative, and proactive in cross-team collaboration.
- Comfortable directing or appearing in digital content as needed.
