Exciting Opportunity in Lahore! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Student recruitment manager to play a crucial role in our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students from Nepal aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the UK education system and UKVI regulations, coupled with excellent communication and pipeline management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and effectively respond to initial inquiries from potential students and agents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and agents, guiding them through the application process.
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of applications, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
  • Stay informed and accurately advise students / Agents on the latest UKVI rules, regulations, and visa requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on university selection, application procedures, and documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience within the UK higher education student recruitment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK higher education landscape and the international student application process.
  • Strong understanding of UKVI regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Applicants with a strong Sub-agent network are desired.
  • Fluent in English.

Please note: This is a remote / work from home role to start with. However, you will be required to travel to partners / agents offices and attend student recruitment events.
