Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help expand our client base, drive outreach strategies, and build meaningful relationships with prospects. You will collaborate with senior leadership to execute growth strategies and contribute to our mission of providing world-class outsourced solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and direct outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by reaching out to potential clients in various sectors.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with the CEO and business development team to offer tailored solutions.


Sales Support:

  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
  • Provide market insights and support in refining our service offerings.


Strategic Partnerships:

  • Help build strategic alliances and partnerships to expand our service offerings.
  • Identify new business growth areas, including expansion into new markets or sectors.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track sales activities, progress against targets, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development reports and reviews for senior leadership.


Qualifications & Skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, talent solutions, or consulting is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
