Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Malekhu & Pokhara. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing hospitality services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training staff. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring service quality, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with the food and beverage team, and maintaining effective communication with all team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Hospitality and Food & Beverage management
Proven ability in Training and mentoring staff
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
