Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Team Leader located in the Lalitpur District. The Housekeeping Team Leader will oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, training new employees, conducting inspections, handling laundry services, and resolving any housekeeping-related issues. The role also involves maintaining communication with other departments and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent Skills to manage and coordinate housekeeping staff
- Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry services
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- 1-2 years experience in housekeeping/hospitality role
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
