Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and service-oriented Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Lavie Residence Samakhushi. In this role, you’ll support the Front Office Manager by supervising the front desk team and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
  • Support and guide front office staff during shifts
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and any issues professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate room availability with housekeeping and reservations
  • Assist with training new staff and monitoring performance
  • Ensure all front office policies and procedures are followed
  • Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems (channel manager)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
