Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable and service-oriented Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Lavie Residence Samakhushi. In this role, you’ll support the Front Office Manager by supervising the front desk team and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Support and guide front office staff during shifts
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and any issues professionally and promptly
- Coordinate room availability with housekeeping and reservations
- Assist with training new staff and monitoring performance
- Ensure all front office policies and procedures are followed
- Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, ideally in a hotel environment
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems (channel manager)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
