Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter at Himalayan Front by KGH Group, located in Pokhara. The Waiter will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. They will also handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, provide menu recommendations, and work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
