Lavie Residence & Spa, Samakoshi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead the overall hotel operations with a strong background in Front Office with F&B or Housekeeping experience.


Job Description

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage F&B service quality, menu planning coordination, inventory, and cost control in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Lead guest satisfaction initiatives, respond to feedback, and ensure service recovery where needed.
  • Monitor room occupancy, revenue performance, and operational budgets.
  • Supervise training, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene, safety, and property upkeep.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role at a 3-star property or above.
  • Strong Front Office and F&B operational experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on management style with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems and hospitality SOPs.
