Lavie Residence & Spa, Samakoshi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead the overall hotel operations with a strong background in Front Office with F&B or Housekeeping experience.
Job Description
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Manage F&B service quality, menu planning coordination, inventory, and cost control in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Lead guest satisfaction initiatives, respond to feedback, and ensure service recovery where needed.
- Monitor room occupancy, revenue performance, and operational budgets.
- Supervise training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Maintain standards of hygiene, safety, and property upkeep.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role at a 3-star property or above.
- Strong Front Office and F&B operational experience is essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on management style with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with PMS systems and hospitality SOPs.
