Job Description
A. Job Purpose: Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for our distillery plant. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of VFD drives, compressor mechanisms, chillers (refrigeration), and sensors. This role requires leadership to manage a team of electricians, handle electrical maintenance, and ensure smooth operations.
B. Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
· Resolve issues with VFDs, compressors, chillers, and sensors.
· Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
2. Leadership & Supervision:
· Lead a team of two electricians, providing guidance and training.
· Coordinate with other departments to meet electrical needs.
3. Installation & Upgrades:
· Oversee new electrical equipment installation and system upgrades.
· Improve system efficiency and reliability.
4. Safety & Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
· Conduct safety inspections and address hazards.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
· Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
· Report system performance to management.
D. Qualification: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering completed
E. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
F. Required Competencies:
· Technical proficiency, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
· Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
