Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store In-Charge to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities within the network and communication sector. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics coordination, and cross-functional management. This role involves streamlining processes, supporting technical teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate between technical, sales, and support teams for seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor network installations, service delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation and records of operational procedures, SLAs, and project statuses.
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle procurement, logistics, and inventory management for operational supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Support in training and onboarding of new operational staff when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Good understanding of network & communication service workflows.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic operations software/tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
