Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Digital Marketing and Lead Generation, located in Kathmandu. The individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, implementing online marketing strategies, analyzing web analytics data to assess performance and optimize campaigns, and fostering engagement across various digital channels. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to align marketing efforts and generate quality leads.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing/Video Editing and basic Graphic designing
Experience with Web Analytics and Online Marketing
Strong Communication skills
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry is a plus
