Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Kathmandu with some work-from-home acceptable. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media channels, developing content strategies, creating engaging content, and implementing social media marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies
- Proven track record of increasing engagement and followers on social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
