Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review project estimates, schedules, and resource plans based on best practices.
  • Define project scope, objectives, processes, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, timelines, progress reports, and resource allocation.
  • Customize project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Hybrid) based on business and project needs.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Assign and track tasks across teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and stand-ups to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned to improve future execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, progress transparency, and feedback management.
  • Maintain proper records and archives for project-related documentation and compliance.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of project team members.
  • Build and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Coach and support team members’ development, with a focus on leadership and soft skills.
  • Provide performance feedback and recognize outstanding contributions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Technical background with the ability to grasp and explain complex systems.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Teamwork, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
  • PMP, Prince2, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience managing both in-house and remote development teams.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and DevOps practices.
