About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can take charge of crafting a distinct, cohesive, and bold visual identity across all brand touchpoints—especially social media. If you're passionate about logo systems, style guides, and designing posts that truly represent a brand's voice, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Brand Identity & Design
- Develop and refine logos, color palettes, typography systems, and other key visual elements.
- Create and maintain full brand guideline documents to ensure consistency across channels.
Social Media Graphics
- Design platform-optimized, high-impact graphics for posts, stories, covers, and ads.
- Tailor content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms based on current design trends and performance insights.
Asset Management
- Maintain a well-organized library of design templates, brand assets, and resources for use across departments.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing: Social media campaigns, Logo and brand identity work and Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of social media specs, design best practices, and aesthetic trends.
- Ability to take projects from concept to completion independently.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience developing full visual identity systems or component-based design libraries.
Soft Skills
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Clear communicator who gives and receives feedback well.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
