Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire OTC cycle including Customer Master File, Billing, Credit Risk, Accounts Receivable, and Query Resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, IFRS standards, and statutory audit requirements.
- Drive OTC performance, monitor KPIs, and provide timely reports to management.
- Review and maintain accurate customer data, implement global pricing instructions, and ensure proper account tagging.
- Oversee billing operations, approve credit notes, and identify root causes to improve process efficiency.
- Manage credit risk by recommending and reviewing customer credit limits and terms.
- Lead monthly credit reviews, coordinate with SSC and commercial teams, and ensure timely collections.
- Visit key customers, attend quarterly business reviews, and resolve disputes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct OTC training and onboarding sessions for sales and finance teams to improve process understanding.
- Collaborate with Shared Services to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Build, lead, and develop the OTC team by setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing training.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in OTC performance management or a similar finance role (logistics experience plus).
- Strong knowledge of credit management, accounts receivable, and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
