About Guntabya

Guntabya.com is a fast-growing online travel booking platform designed to promote and digitize Nepal’s diverse hospitality sector — from boutique hotels and eco-resorts to homestays and guesthouse built by Nepalese, for Nepal.

As we continue expanding our presence nationwide, we’re looking for Sales Representatives to help onboard accommodation providers and shape the future of travel tech in Nepal.

Role Overview: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our hotel and homestay acquisition efforts. Your responsibility will be to connect with property owners, communicate the value of listing on Guntabya, and assist them through the onboarding process.

You’ll primarily work via phone calls and messaging apps, building trust and guiding partners through every step of the listing process.

Your Responsibilities

-Identify and contact potential accommodation partners (hotels, resorts, homestays, guesthouses)

-Explain the advantages of listing on Guntabya, including increased visibility and potential bookings

-Collect and verify essential property details (photos, location, amenities, pricing, contacts)

-Submit complete listings to our internal team for review and activation

-Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding

Targets & Compensation

Monthly Target: 150 verified property leads

Salary (Upon Target Completion): NPR 25,000/month

Didn’t hit your target? No problem — you’ll still be paid:

NPR 200 per verified lead (a “verified lead” means the property details are complete and approved)

✅ Who We’re Looking For

Students, fresh graduates, or professionals looking for a side hustle or full-time income

Excellent communication skills in Nepali (written & verbal); English is a plus

Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized

Comfortable using messaging apps, Google Forms, and social media platforms

Sales or telemarketing experience is helpful, but not mandatory
