Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Kathmandu. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, developing business strategies, networking, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Account Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the human resource industry is a plus
- Candidate must have knowledge related with ERP software
