Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you will lead and manage digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll be involved in everything from content planning and SEO to analytics and social media strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to lead and manage campaigns, from planning to execution
  • Skilled in SEO (on-page/off-page) and tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush
  • Strong content writing and blog posting skills.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other web analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Able to suggest, plan, and manage content with creative teams
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Team player with leadership ability and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience in HR or recruitment marketing is a plus, especially in creating employer branding content and running talent attraction campaigns.
