Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial rounds of interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Draft and communicate HR letters, memos, and official correspondence in professional English.
  • Ensure effective communication and enforcement of HR policies across departments.
  • Handle and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, leave and attendance data.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies, training programs, and compliance measures.
  • Support performance review processes and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment and participate in employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s labor laws and HR compliance practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems or tools.
  • Experience in interviewing and candidate evaluation is preferred.
