Job Description

Location: Gurjudhara, Kathmandu, Nepal


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Ensure timely closure of open positions through close coordination with hiring managers and external agencies.
  • Oversee pre-joining formalities, documentation, and timely provisioning of assets (e.g., laptop, ID card, SIM, desk setup).
  • Conduct induction and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Benefits & Support

  • Manage and maintain insurance coverage for all staff, including new additions, deletions, and renewals.
  • Oversee insurance claims processing ensuring proper documentation and timely settlements.
  • Coordinate marriage contribution benefits disbursement as per eligibility and policy.

3. Travel & Claims

  • Monitor and ensure timely Travel Allowance (TA) / Daily Allowance (DA) approval turnaround.
  • Track and process claims (TA/DA/reimbursements) in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Employee Separation & Offboarding

  • Ensure timely completion of separation processes, including last working day formalities.
  • Conduct and document exit interviews and feedback to support HR insights and improvements.
  • Manage clearance forms, asset returns, and handover processes in coordination with relevant departments.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain confidential employee records, documents, and HR database.
  • Support the Corporate HR team in executing group-wide HR initiatives, surveys, compliance checks and HR operational works.
  • Support internal HR audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

6. Administration & Facilities Management

  • Ensure timely uniform issuance and maintain records of distribution.
  • Oversee timely procurement of materials (office supplies, hygiene materials, utilities, etc.).
  • Monitor office hygiene and workplace safety compliance, including housekeeping supervision and facility inspections.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption in office operations.
  • Maintain and update the asset register with proper tagging and tracking.
  • Oversee efficient usage and billing of utilities (electricity, water, internet, telephone, CUG).
  • Ensure zero downtime of utilities and act proactively to prevent disruptions.

7. Asset & Infrastructure Management

  • Track all movable and immovable assets and conduct regular audits of the asset register.
  • Coordinate repairs, replacements, or upgrades to office infrastructure.
  • Maintain vendor relations for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), utilities, and equipment servicing.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations or general administration.
  • Experience in automotive distribution company preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRMS tools.
  • Valid driving license with own vehicle preferred.
