Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Education Counsellor for Australia to join our growing international education consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, visa procedures, and university application processes. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about guiding students towards their global education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and updated information to students regarding study options in Australia.
- Assist students with university selection, application documentation, SOP guidance, and admission processing.
- Advise students on visa procedures, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and stakeholders.
- Follow up with leads, manage student cases, and meet conversion targets.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest visa and education policy changes.
- Handle student queries with professionalism and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or English preferred).
- 3–4 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling, especially for Australia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Knowledge of GTE, SOP writing, and visa regulations for Australia.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-first mindset.
- Ability to meet targets and maintain accurate records.
