Job Description:
As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for our various platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to deliver engaging, innovative, and polished videos that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead video editing projects from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to execute video concepts
- Edit raw footage into high-quality video content for a variety of formats (social media, corporate, advertisements, etc.)
- Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring smooth workflow and accessibility
- Implement feedback from clients and team members in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and software tools
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior video editors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and video composition
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in motion graphics and 3D animation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role
- Experience with color grading, sound editing, and video post-production
