Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Accountant, located in Kathmandu. The Jr. Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including managing financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The Jr. Accountant will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and will work closely with the senior accounting team to support overall financial management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing financial records and preparing financial statements
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience as a junior accountant or in a similar role is preferred
