About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Representative with experience in the plywood or adhesive industry to expand our market presence and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will actively promote our products, identify business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and industry stakeholders
• Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
• Assist in sourcing raw materials, product development, or process optimization
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams for efficient workflow
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve strategy
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, or operational improvements
• Provide training and guidance to team members based on your industry experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the plywood or adhesive industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories.
