Job Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for both Roadhouse Café and Hotel Roadhouse by increasing dine-in footfall, boosting customer loyalty, and forming strategic sales partnerships. This role will focus on maximizing room occupancy, restaurant covers, and generating bookings through corporate, travel agency (TA), B2B, and direct guest channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced hospitality environment and combines relationship management with sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation & Partnerships:
  • Drive corporate bookings through outreach and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B, TA, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and convert new partnership opportunities with institutions, travel companies, and corporations.
  • Ensure weekend and peak-hour booking maximization through early engagement and promotions.


Restaurant Sales & Guest Experience:
  • Actively promote group menus, events, and dining experiences to attract bulk and repeat bookings.
  • Develop restaurant-focused sales leads with event organizers, institutions, and local businesses.
  • Conduct post-visit follow-ups and maintain strong rapport with key guests to encourage return visits.
Room Sales & Occupancy Growth:
  • Manage hotel room sales via direct bookings, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Improve digital visibility and listing quality in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Regularly monitor booking trends and adjust tactics to maintain competitive occupancy levels.


Sales Admin & Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM/database of all B2B and TA contacts.
  • Log all outreach and meeting notes systematically.
  • Follow up consistently with leads in the sales pipeline.
  • Submit monthly sales performance reports with actionable insights.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Monthly corporate booking target: To be defined based on seasonality
  • Minimum 10 new B2B contacts added per month
  • OTA (Online Travel Agency) conversion rate > 20%
  • Month-on-month occupancy growth
  • Minimum 5 new tour operator or B2B tie-ups per month



Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
